Juontel White, Ph.D. is a social impact strategist who supports nonprofit, corporate and philanthropic organizations to fuel racial equity and justice. Clients come to Juontel for her honest guidance and technical expertise to launch and scale equity-centered programs, initiatives and policy campaigns.

With her passion for uplifting BIPOC communities, Juontel ignites organizations to do the most good for marginalized groups in the U.S. and throughout the world. She has worked with local and widely recognized organizations across sectors including: The National Urban League, The United Nations, and Mayor’s offices for several top U.S. cities. 

Juontel holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and a masters in Policy and Management from Harvard University. Beyond her work, Juontel loves traveling and discovering great films.

Ultimately, Juontel is a proud Black woman who believes that when we catalyze deep impact we can unleash sustaining justice and equity for generations to come.
